About The Class:  Class participants will learn how to properly mix gluten-free flours to make a successful and satisfying loaf of gluten-free bread! Everyone will be supplied with ingredients, recipe and simple directions to complete the loaf at home. Come and enjoy the ‘in-class’ samples, make your “take ‘n bake” bag and then at home, add water and bake!
