We’re taking a break from the Saturday tastings in June and will be returning with a whole suite of cooking demonstrations and tastings as this year’s produce starts to roll in.  Look for tastings to start on heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs, followed by potatoes. Yes, potatoes-there are so many different kinds/ways to prepare and the red and blue potatoes are full of  key nutrients which can help promote sleep (stay tuned).  A repeat of last winter’s squash demonstration is also on the schedule in the fall as well as some healthy holiday recipes.
