Because February is a short month, our next tasting will be on Saturday March 1 between 11:00 am and
2:00 pm. We will be sampling a variety of comfort foods upgraded to contain more nutrient-rich and organic
ingredients: veggie mac-n-cheese, sweet potato enchiladas, Teresa’s special baked quinoa and free-range
beef stew are among the items we will be tasting. Stop by to sample and discuss ways to cook your favorite
comfort foods with some different ingredients.
